Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! To accommodate your needs, appointments canceled with at least 48 hours' notice will not incur any charges. However, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. Missed appointments result in lost availability and financial loss. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service amount, which must be paid before booking your next appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in removal as a client.

Late Arrival Policy

Punctuality is important to ensure you receive the best service possible. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your total. Additionally, if your late arrival prevents us from completing your service as scheduled, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or modified.

Deposit Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. Deposits can be sent to contact@casabeauty.info and will be applied toward your final balance.

Refund Policy

All services, training, and products are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please reach out so we can work toward a resolution.

Safety Protocols

Your safety and well-being are our highest priorities. We follow strict sanitization and hygiene practices, including:

• Thorough sanitization of all tools and equipment before your appointment.
• Replacement of all fabric materials between clients.
• Disinfection of all contact surfaces after each client.
• Masks are optional, but if you would prefer that we wear one during your service, please let us know.

Liability Policy

Providing honest and complete information on consultation and waiver forms is essential for your safety. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or lifestyle changes may lead to undesired results, for which Sashae Casanova and her team are not liable. Please keep us informed of any updates regarding your health.
